Page Title for "Home" button

I know this sounds so amateur-hour, but I’m having a hard time FTP’ing my entire site to my local, as my client wanted it all in WP otherwise I’d do this in the HTML directly.

My page titles are fine, but the “home” button (first page from nav) is showing up ‘HomeVision Project Philly…” the others are nice and neat just “About” etc. How can I kill the website name from this page’s title? I had to do the nav this way since my posts happen on my homepage.
