I have installed the pinboard theme and if I click on the uncategorized category, it always shows the lates post, which is fine. But why does it display the word “Archive” in the title? No matter what I try, it always shows “Archive” for any post I create. This is quite annoying because I want to create a menu with a home button which will always display my front page. This means that anybody clicking on the home button will always get back to the front page with a tile ” Home Archive” displayed.

I see you have done some changes to the theme files. As you can see here the standard theme does display the word “Archive” next to category names so there’s no way to know why yours is.
