Is there any documentation anywhere on how to use post formats (in particular Chat, Quote and Link)?
I’ve looked high and low and can’t find it anywhere!
Yeah, that’s not really what I meant. I’ve already figured some of them out. For example, link post formats take the first link in the text and convert the post title link to that link instead of the usual permalink.
For quotes, it’s the first blockquote in the text.
For chats, it’s alternating paragraphs.
Still not too sure about video or audio to be honest, as I haven’t needed to use those yet, but some guidance would help.
