Hi!
I love this theme and I’ve been using it as my personal webpage for a while. However, I’ve noticed lately that the gallery I use as a home-page isn’t working in IE anymore. Using safari, opera or firefox it does work (you get three pictures and they slide), but with IE you only get three empty boxes.

I have no way to check in IE but I remember making it function in the first place. Check the console for any JavaScript errors and make sure no plugins are conflicting with jQuery. The easiest way to do this is to check the page’s source code and see that you don’t have more than one call to jQuery.
