Problem with writing and bold accents – Problema de escritura con las tildes

Hi all,
I finish installing this theme and I really like, I like to change the subject, but I get error writing the news when i ñ or accents and bold, to be a blog in Spanish, I think that’s the problem, the coding that I have put in WP is UTF-8, there are other, if that be not the solution anyone knows a solution?

Termino de instalar este tema y me gusta mucho, no me gustaria cambiar de tema, pero me da error al escribir las noticias cuando pongo ñ, o a acentos y texto en negrita, al ser un blog en español, creo que ese es el problema, la codificacion que tengo puesto en WP es UTF-8, se que hay otras, no se si esa sera la solucion alguien conoce una solucion?
