Problems with Layout in Theme Options

Hi,

I just started using the Esplanade theme, which I really like; however, I’m having problems with the layout sections.

All of my web pages only display in the ‘Full Width’ layout. I have set my default to the ‘No Side-Bars’ layout, and some pages I have set to ‘Content/Sidebar’ layout (e.g. Consulting page). Additionally, the widgets I placed in my right sidebar are appearing underneath the content of my web pages that I have set to show a sidebar. The drag and drop feature for choosing a default layout also does not work

I’m not a code writer and I have not changed any code, however, I can work around basic code instructions if needed. Yet, since I did not change any code I am not sure what else to try. My web site is shawnameister.com. Any suggestions?
