Remove Post info & Image

Hi I’m newly using Minimatica and love the look. However, I’m having problems locating where two things are to edit.

I want to remove the image at the top of the pages and the post info: written by, date, category from the page.

I have looked in the loop files and cannot locate the lines that control these items showing up. Please advise. Thanks
