Remove "you can use these attributes…." in Pinboard

Under the comment box right before the submit comment button, there (always in wordpress) is a text saying something like “you can use these html attributes bla bla bla”.

But I have newer met a “normal non-geek” knowing what it is, and yet never seen it been used more then one or twice in a lifetime.

So how do I remove that info? It only confuces my readers..
