The site I’m working on running Pinboard is creating two H1 tags. The first is the entry class, header class entry-header. This is the instance we wish to be removed.
It’s currently not displayed with custom CSS, but it shows up anyway in code.
The second H1 is in the top of the page body itself. The one we want to show up.The theme settings seem to imply that we can change that title from H1 to H2 or Div or whatever we want, but it never changes.
Since we don’t always want the page name to be the H1, how do we remove that first embedded H1 completely? As I said, it’s currently hidden with a .page .entry-title display none but that doesn’t help with the code. Thank you in advanced
