Set Blog Posts on front page to specific category

    Is it possible to limit the posts on the homepage to one category? Also, can you limit he amount of posts displayed?

    I would also like to know this. There is setting for this under Settings/Reading Settings but the theme seems to ignore it or override it

    Hi, for me it works with the plugin Page Links To.

    You can point a wordpress page to an alternate URL, like a category link. (http://yoursite.xx/?cat=x)
    Then go to settings/reading and make the new site as startpage.
