Show Pages in the Gallery and Menu instead of Posts/Categorys?

Hi!
I want to creat a static webpage based on this theme. I would like to have the Slider & the Menue in the Footer Area to show Pages and not Posts or Kategories.

If that is not Possible it would also be fine if some one can tell me how i can lock the first 4 Posts. I made them stickies and deletet the stuff about ignoring stickie posts, but when i add a new Post now it just adds a 5. Image to the Slider instead of putting the post on the 2.nd page.

I found something in the loopslider.php:

‘posts_per_page’ => 4,
‘paged’ => $paged,
‘ignore_sticky_posts’ => 0

But no matter what i set for “posts per page” it allways adds a fifth image to the frontpage if i add a new post.

Is there another place in the code where i can force it to show only 4 and never more? (i.e. all new posts will not go to the first page but can only be seen if you use the slider buttons)
