Side bar grey colour, white line at bottom page

Hello,
I am having some problem for the look and feel of my pages.
1. the menu’s grey bar seems to be only on the right hand side of the page – which doesn’t look great. How can i have it all along the top side bar?
2. The logo at the top seems to squashed.
3. At the bottom of the page under the address and phone number there is a white line how can i get rid of it?
4. There is a lot of pace between the menus sidebar and the image in the main body, how can i remove some space?
