I came back to my in-progress site design after about a week or so to find that the titles of the sidebars are now showing up on my pages.
On the backend, I seem to have the display of these turned off, yet they appear anyway!
I’m sure I’m missing something… what might that be?

(See where it says “Home – hero text”?)

(A look at the backend. Post titles are turned off!)
Thanks in advance!
You need to go to Theme Options > Sidebars, click on “Edit Sidebar” for the sidebar that’s displaying the title and uncheck the box “Show Title in Sidebar”.
I looked, and they were all already unchecked. What next?

Try deleting those sidebars and recreating them from scratch. Are you using version 1.1.4? This was a bug that was fixed about a year and a half ago.
That did the trick. I only installed all of this over the summer, so perhaps it’s a new bug.
WordPress = 4.6.1
Enlightenment = 1.1.4
Let me know if you discover anything that can help ensure this doesn’t recur!
