Size And font weight

1. Needing simple directions for making site description a larger font and make the weight bold. In it’s current state you can barely read it.

2. Is there a way to move the “boxes” to the bottom instead of the top?

3. The theme’s description says the displays of the locations of the posts can be configured in multiple ways but mine all look pretty uniform, side by side, nothing like the layout on the picture of the theme.
