Slider Issues – Image Heights

Thanks for this theme, I love it and have used it for a number of years now!

The issue I’m having is on http://www.truelifestories.com.au/web/, the slider images are displaying inconsistently. All new images I upload are cut off to the default size, but any images I’ve uploaded previously seem to display their full height (which is what I want). I’ve got an old image that’s 1500 x 1000, that displays fine, then I upload a new image of the exact same dimensions and it clips/repositions.

Any suggestions on what to try next? I’ve tried all solutions I’ve found whilst searching, to no avail. You’ll see the 3rd slide in my slider is the new image of 1500 x 1000, and the 2nd image is the old image of the same dimensions.
