Slider not showing on homepage

    I am working to get this site going for my client. The temporary link is:

    http://acceleratedpowermarketing.com/KK/

    This is the homepage and the portfolio page.

    We want the slider to show up as it does on the demo.
    http://demo.onedesigns.com/pinboard/

    How do I get the homepage to look like the one on the demo.

    I have tried setting homepage in reading to latest blog posts. I have tried using the landing page layout.
    The “display slider” is checked in theme options. I have created a post with a featured image at 1140 x 440. I have set it to “standard” because it has the sticky pin beside it.

    Nothing I have done has caused the slider to displayed.

    Please help.

    You need to mark as sticky the posts that you want to appear in the slider.

    I have clicked on “standard” in the format section of the post because it has a sticky pin next to it. I am still not getting a slider. How else do I mark a post as sticky?
