Slider Not Working Properly

Im having a few problems with the homepage slider, ive added the images correctly although it just doesn’t show the image on the slider, it’s just blank? please help!

I’m having the exact same issue, maybe it’s the version of wordpress we are using? I’m on 3.2.1 I think. Any ideas guys?
