Slider won't show video or images

Hey guys,

I’m fairly new to this entire WordPress experience.
I’m setting one up using this theme because it looks really nice.
However…I can’t seem to manage getting images and video’s to feature in the slider. The appear in the posts below but my slider only displays the text.
I can’t show you online becaus i’m only testing it using BitNami but I have included a picture to show exactly what I mean:

you can see the post is displayed fine…but the slider isn’t responding to the youtube-video. The post contains this url: ‘http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R_nzehYQAxY&feature=relmfu’ but I also tried embedding it…doesn’t work either. The post-format is set to ‘video’ and the post is made to stick…I don’t see what I’m doing wrong.

Also, in your demo-page the design is almost the entire width of my browser. But when I use it it’s about 50% of the width…Is this a setting I have to change or will this change automaticly when the video’s in the slider are displayed?

Please help, I would really like your nice lay-out.
