Social Bookmarks

I recently found and installed this theme to customize and use on a client site. When using the built in social bookmarks we notice that if we “Like” a post, it then publishes to Facebook with the preview text being the line under the Comments form that talks about using HTML. Is there anyway to fix it so that it previews with text from the actual post instead? I tried disabling the code and using a third party plugin for now, but that also previews with the HTML info under the Comments form so I’m guessing it’s something in the theme itself causing it. Suggestions? Thanks!
