Hi,
I’m wondering how to activate the responsive social media icons in the header of this theme. I can’t find it anywhere. I’m a new WordPress user, so forgive me. I’m sure it’s simple. I tried adding other social media icons, but I like the one that this them uses.
It’s fairly easy, you just need to put in the right links for the icons that you want to appear in the header.
You do this in your WordPress Dashboard under
Appearance>Theme Options>General
There you can find ‘Social Media Links’ and there you can input your links to the appropriate service, which will then automatically be shown on your website.I’ve just activated Pinboard theme and added my social media links but I’m not getting the icons either in the header. Just the search icon. I can’t seem to see any widgets or check boxes to turn them on or off.
hmmm… I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I had already found that area and added my twitter, but it did not show up. I just added Facebook, it’s not showing up either. Not sure what I’m doing wrong.

I’m not sure on this, but check the ‘Widgets’ tab under appearance and remove all widgets that you have under the ‘Header’ section.
That might solve your issuesI don’t have any widgets in my header and the search button is still there right next to the social media icons. Just try removing all widgets.
