Social Media Icons On Top Of Custom Header

Good afternoon, all!

Quick question. I have a custom header that spans the width of my homepage. I downloaded a social media icons plugin that I would like to use. Is there a way to place the social media icons “on top” of my custom header (preferably in the right hand corner?
