stange things.. btn pics into posts and in the slide

hi guys

i just started to fill the pinboard layout and I got something strange already.

in the beginning, all the pics were suqared ( as u will se in the web site) and also the size in the slide, was smaller, like the original layout.

now if I create a new post and I add a pic, is not coming out squared anymore… looks like the size changes random, same thing in the slide.

what can it be..?.
