sub sub item in menu shows in main menubar

Hello,

I’ve got a problem with the menu.
When i select a sub sub item in the menu you see this sub sub item in the main menu bar.
And i get an extra menu item.

For example see the website:
http://www.sluisoptiek.nl/droge-ogen-test

The normal menu you can see at the main url:
http://www.sluisoptiek.nl

What do i need to do to fix this?

I hope you can help me.
