Theme keeps disappearing

About once a day I go back to the site and all the settings are gone. The administration panel still shows that I have the Cover WP theme, but it’s showing the default theme…all of the widgets are gone.

I have to activate another theme…then reactivate the Cover WP theme and then reapply all of my widgets.

This has happened every day for the last three days. Someone please explain this to me. I love the theme…but if this happens again, i’m going to have to drop it.
