Theme options: Templates customization page in backend is empty

Good morning,
working on Enlightenment for a website, after few days of work, the Templates customization page in backend is empty.
I do not know when and how it happened, because I modified some php files of the theme. How can I restore it? or, even if I could not restore it I would only need to associate some sidebars to some page templates, how can I do it by code?
