uncentered featured images

I removed the search bar, as it is not needed, and centered everything else using 940px, but my featured images are not lining up with everything else.

how can i fix that?

Try applying display: block; margin: 0 auto; to them.

I am having the same issue, only I removed the “posted by” text to the left of the featured images. I am having trouble getting the featured image to be centred.

Jacki, when you upload a photo with the media uploader, scroll down in the box on the right and pick your alignment left, right, or centered to place your photo where you want it. You can change the size there, too. Do you have the post set up as a gallery view?

Niferno, I will try that. I am very new to web design and am working on it slowly. It is just the top featured photo I would like to centre as I took out the “posted by” text. I have it set as standard, as every time I do it as gallery, it posts the images twice. So much to learn.
