I’ve got my homepage set to use recent posts. But i don’t want ALL the recent posts. I would like to display ONLY posts from a specific category. Like “home” or something. So only those posts in that category display on the homepage.
Try setting that category as portfolio and use as front page a static page that uses one of the portfolio templates. It won’t display the post excerpts but you can easily fix this by copying the contents of page.php to the template file, but be careful to preserve the templates’s commented out header.
