Video in slider

I’m wondering if it is possible to make a video as a sticky post an have it in the slider? Does this theme support this? Esplanade does, I know.

And additinal question.
Is it possible to minimize the padding around pictures in a gallery? And chance the color? See this http://www.itravels.no/uroislands/
Is my daughters site.

She has an additional problem concerning row of pictures, it is not working with two or more rows. She is using Jetpack Carousel.
