Want larger picture on header and text to move down.

    Sorry, I am really new to WordPress and HTML and all that stuff.
    I need my picture to be stretched across the page and the title (all of it) to be below it.

    can someone help me. Thanks!!!

    im having a similar issue on the main page…but only after the new release
