WordPress audio player only allows file download

    The default audio player in WordPress 3.9.1 doesn’t load a player. I only get a broken download link.
    I’m using the Pinboard Theme 1.1.8.

    The audio player works in the Twenty Fourteen.

    There is a bug with the audio shortcode. It will be fixed in the next version, until then a workaround is to use the Audio post format.
