Enlightenment Theme version 2.0 has reached its first beta. It is a private beta, so there is no code to download yet but there’s a live demo you can check out.

What’s new in version 2.0?

Version 2.0 updates the codebase to be compatible with WordPress 5.7, introduces support for the Gutenberg block edior as well as several popular plugins and multiple under the hood enhancements:

  • Support for Elementor, Gutenberg, WooCommerce, The Events Calendar, BuddyPress, bbPress and various other plugins and extensions.
  • Ports all Theme Options to Theme Customizer.
  • Responsive controls for layouts and grids.
  • Ability to import demo content and to import/export theme settings.
