Change Footer Links

Hi all,

I would like to use this theme in order to create a relatively static website, not a blog.

As such, I’d like to change the links in the footer so that they direct to either a particular post or to a particular page instead of to a category. I’ve looked in the footer.php and don’t see a simple way to modify the navigation:

How might go about modifying the footer.php to change which links it displays? Or would there be an easier way to go about this?
