Change Slider Width And Move Sidebar Position

To the OneDesigns Team,

Could you help me, I wanted to change the width of the slider (please see screenshot http://screencast.com/t/8tNWL8Tn) and move the sidebar upwards.

I used the following codes in the Layout portion of the Theme Options.

#slider .wp-post-image, #slider .entry-attachment {
height: 300px;
margin: 10px 0px 0px 35px;
position: left;
width: 700px;
}
.flex-direction-nav,.flex-pauseplay {
display:none;
}
.flex-direction-nav {
display:none;
}

I wanted to remove the other portion of the slider (shown here in the screenshot http://screencast.com/t/8tNWL8Tn) and move the sidebar upwards. Thank you in advance for the help.
