changing post formats on Minimatica to be set as video

Really like your theme, but was wondering how to set the posts format to be ‘video’ as default. Default seems to be set as ‘standard’ . At present when I post a video, I need to go in each time and change the format to video (I only want to show the video on posts – no other image)

is there a way to do this?
