Creating social media icons in Theme option

Hi there,
I am a word press beginner,since for the past two days am working hard to create social media icons in the theme option,but i couldn’t find the search.What i need is

1)Want to create adding social icons in the theme option
2)To fetch the Social media link from the theme option.

I’ll be so thankful if anybody helps me in this.Awaiting for your reply.
