    Hi,

This theme says that it “uses WordPress built-in custom header functionality….

go to Appearance > Header and upload your desired image

    http://www.onedesigns.com/wordpress-themes/pinboard#instructions

Trouble is in my Appearance Menu there is no ‘Header’ option. I only have Themes, Widgets, Menus, Theme Options, Editor.

What am I missing here, I must have done something wrong?

    Thanks

You’re missing: CSS, Headline and Background Options.

    Try to reinstall?!

Ah, OK so something IS wrong.

My host 1&1 includes an easy install of WordPress, but I just checked and it seems its an old version! Could this be the issue?

    Application details
    Version: 3.1.3
    Release: 4

    Might be ?!

I assume that in “Dasboard” isn’t an option “Updates”? πŸ™‚

ha! Yeah there is but because its installed on 1&1 somewhere rather than my webspace it wint lwt you update. Stupid that they have a version thats over a year old pre installed.

Anyway scrapped all that and installed WP properly which i should have done at the start.

Now i have all menu options! Brilliant.

Thank you so much for your help. Saved me wasting even more time!
