Error when posting a video and using 'video' option

Hi,

When I post a video and use the ‘video’ format option I always get errors appear on the main page of the site (where the post appears – usually a snippet and featured image if not a video) but not on the actual page where the video is posted.

Just tried to post one and this is the error for this one:

I have another site using this theme and I never get errors with it.
