My footer on one particular page isn’t staying the size of the content of the page – it’s expanded to 100% of the page. Code seems to be the same as the other pages, and it’s using the same style sheet. Any thoughts on why it’d be doing this?

try to disable all plugins and restore the original code in case you changed something.
