How do I exit a photo gallery?

I notice that the gallery with thumbnails looks great, but when I select a photo it goes into what I would refer to as “lightbox mode”. This looks good, too, but normally I would expect to see an arrow on the right or left to scroll through the images as well as an “X” to get out of the photo gallery. I don’t see either of these. I’m using the latest version of Firefox.
