How do i get thumbnail images in blog grid?

I have 2 posts in my blog, both of which show in the grid view as text only. I would like thumbnail images to appear there too. How do i do that? Here is a link to the page http://amberbatesphotography.com.au/home/blog/

Also as you can see the grid is only 2 columns will it become more as i add more content? I would like 4 columns.

You can add thumbnails when editing the post under Add Media > Set Featured Image.

Brilliant, thank you! Now how do i get 4 columns to appear? Will it magically appear as i add more content or is there a setting for that? Ideally i would like 4 columns. Thanks.

You can select the number of columns under Appearance > Theme Options > Layout
