How to Change Internet Browser Tab Name When Blog Is Not Home Page

Hi,

I’m enjoying this theme, but I noticed something odd: when I click on one of my options in the main nav, the display name in my internet browser tab matches it except when I select Home or Blog. That is, Home shows up as my website url (which is fine), About shows up as About, but the blog shows up as Blog[Site Title | Tagline]. How can I just get it to say Blog on my internet browser tab when I click on Blog in the main nav? Is there a way to change what the tab says when I click on Home? Clearly my main page is not the Blog. Thanks for the help!
