Missing PHP?

    I have several problems in making the theme work: I have downloaded the full program to my mac, but how do I get it up on my hosts website? There seems to be more (install)files in the downloaded version, than i the WP version, ready to activate.
    I have installed WP 3.2.1. there but there must be missing some files, PHP files, the ones that command where it manages the pictures, because they do not appear. I find it a bit messy. Is there a mistake in the programming?
    I sure hope the supporters in One Designs will see my blog comment:-)

    There are no files missing. You need to set a featured image for each post for it to appear in the slider. Check the readme.txt file located in the theme’s folder for instructions.
