Mobile Menu

I chose to use a larger-sized logo/image in the header of my site. Consequently, the menu square on mobile overlaps the header. Ideally, I’d like for it to sit flush with the search bar; at the bare minimum, I just don’t want it to lie on top of the header. How do I modify it to make this possible? Will it also affect the look of my site on a desktop?
