Navigation bar – how to change the height

Hi!
Hi!

Does anybody know how to change the height of the nav bar?
I found some code snippes on the web, even on onedesigns,
but they are not working for some reason…

AND

Still have the problem with the gallery preview.
I changed the width of the layout (no sidebars), but now the preview of the gallery is not the same width now.
If it isn’t possible to change, maybe there is a chance to center it…?
