New blogger having issues with header social links and categories pages

I am having some problems with my blog which is just under construction. The blog views differently on Firefox, IE and Google Chrome. Posts are not showing up under the category tags on Firefox and Chrome, but do appear on IE. Social links are displayed in the header on Firefox and Chrome, but not on IE.

Also, is it possible to omit text from the grid posts on the home page, (showing only the title and featured image)?
