i have a little problem. Noone can comment on my blog. It gives ever the answer:
Error: please type a comment.
I use Firefox and IE. At Both you cannot comment. Not i, the admin, not as a guest not a….
I deactivate all plugins… nothing changes… what do i wrong? Please can you help me ?

I think it has something to do with nonce checks. Was probably introduced in WP 3.1 as I don’t recall seeing this error. I’ll look into it and get back to you.

Sorry for the Request, but have you found that Problem? Slowly i get a Problem with my Writers of Comments. I told them, that you will help me soon to fix the Problem.

Yes I did, but I’ll wait until I resolve all the bugs before releasing the update.
If you want you can fix it manually, here’s what you need to do:
Open the file comments.php and find this statement:
<textarea name="content"
Replace it with:
<textarea name="comment"
Comments will be working fine afterwards. Sorry to keep you waiting.
