Only Home Page Loads…HELP!

My home page will load just fine but any additional pages I try to load I get a 404, not found on server. I am using a WAMP configuration on my local pc. I have not encountered this before. Suggestions??!!

Disregard I found the issue…had to reset the permalinks to default.
