Remove 'recent posts' from showing under custom menu in wide format page

Hi,

The test ‘recent posts’ shows under my custom menu in wide format pages. How do I remove it?

For example: http://thespeckledyhen.com/menu/

Remove your widgets from the Header sidebar.
