Setting Feature Images

Greeting One,
I need some assistance.

I am using Minimatica Free and I an unable to upload and therefore set feature images. Whenever I attempt to do so, I receive the following error message ‘An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.’ Here is a screenshot of the error message:

However, I am able to add images to the Media Library, but they are not visible, nor or they available to me for use as a ‘Feature Image’ I am unable to see the contents of the ‘Media Library’ when I am trying to set a ‘Feature Image’
