Slider images not changing

Hi all

I’m having some problems with the images in my slider on the homepage – I tried to update the image, change the cropped area / size, but for some reason the images in the slider don’t change…

I’ve tried deleting the images, deleting the posts but the sliders don’t seem to update

You can see the one with the people have all their heads missing… doh.

I tried disabling and re-enabling the slider in the settings but still nothing…

Any ideas?
